  • Graft versus host disease
  • Budd chiari
  • hepatopulmonary or portopulmonary syndrome
  • Biliary atresia
  • Alpha-1-antitrypsin deficiency
  • Autoimmune hepatitis type I and II
  • Sclerosing cholangitis
  • Wilson’s disease
  • Cystic fibrosis liver disease
  • Progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis (all types)
  • Alagille syndrome
  • Glycogen storage diseases type 3 and 4
  • Tyrosinaemia type 1
  • Fibrocystic disease with Caroli syndrome and renal failure
