Management of MPC
Clinically suspected when signs-symptoms-elevated values of plasma and urinary methoxyamines persist after surgical excision of a tumour believed to be a benign phaeochromocytoma
18F-Dopa and methoxytyramine are valuable biomarkers used to diagnose MPCs and to detect metastases
Treatment: adrenalectomy and excision of metastases
