Port position for renal laparoscopy

Patients come in all shapes and sizes but the positioning of the three primary ports required for renal laparoscopy can be simplified using fixed landmarks.

The 10 mm camera port is placed first following a Hassan cutdown but importantly, the position of this port should depend upon where the other operating ports are placed.
