Upper GI symptoms that are persistent or worrisome: dysphagia/odynophagia; abdominal pain; gastric outlet obstruction; chest pain after cardiac evaluation, iron deficient anemia, document healing of ulcers; GERD; vomiting; evaluate toxic or caustic ingestion
Therapeutic:
GI bleeding; Portal HTN
