Abstract
This chapter briefly describes the selection and detailed parameters of commonly used equipments and accessories for tunnel technique.

11.1 Equipments
11.1.1 Endoscope with Water Supplying Device
Olympus (Figs. 11.1 and 11.2): Q260J is a direct view endoscope with a viewing angle of 140°, an outer diameter of 9.9 mm and the forceps channel diameter of 3.2 mm. And its auxiliary water supply access position is at the insertion portion where the endoscope is connected to the host.

Fujifilm: EG – 450RD5 (Figs. 11.3 and 11.4) is an endoscope with a direct-view. Its viewing angle is 140°, outer diameter 9.8 mm and forceps channel diameter 3.2 mm. And its auxiliary water supply access position is at the top the handle of the endoscope.

Pentax (Fig. 11.5): EG29 – i10N, EG – 2990i, EG – 2990K and EG – 3490k all have the function of water supply and are all direct – view endoscopes with a viewing angle of 140°, an outer diameter of 9.8–11.6 mm and the forceps channel diameter of 2.8–3.2 mm.

11.1.2 Injection Pump
At present, the common injection pumps include Olympus, Fujifilm and ERBE injection pump.
11.1.3 CO2 Insufflation Pump
At present, the common CO2 insufflation pumps include Olympus UCR pump (Fig. 11.6) and Fujifilm pump.

11.1.4 High-Frequency Electrical Generator
Common high-frequency electrical generators are ERBE VIO 200D, ERBE VIO 200S, hybrid knives and Olympus company’s ESG – 100 (Figs. 11.7, 12.8, 11.9, and 11.10). ERBE machine has a few parameters, or the parameters could be adjusted according to operators’ own experience. ESG – 100 parameters are shown in Table 11.1.
